Each item is made special just for your little one, so I am unable to take returns.

However, I want you to be happy and would never expect you to pay for a damaged or defective product due to shipping. Also, if there is an error on my part, I will gladly send a replacement that correctly reflects your order.​

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
