Can I place a special order?

Of course. If you would like to change the colors to fit your needs, I can work with you to make you happy. Also, if your child has something that makes them physically unique then just let me know. I'm happy to help.

Can you combine two separate orders so I can save on shipping?

Unfortunately once your orders are placed I am not able to combine them.

I forgot to add something to my order I placed. Can I add one more thing?

Once your order is placed I am unable to change it. You will need to place a separate order for any additional items.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately not. Your personalized order is designed within 24 hours I receive it and then sent to the manufacturer for production. Please make sure all your information is correct before ordering.

Can I return my order?

Each item is made special just for your little one, so I am unable to take returns. However, I want you to be happy and would never expect you to pay for a damaged or defective product due to shipping. Also, if there is an error on my part, I will gladly send a replacement that correctly reflects your order.​ Please contact me within 30 days of your order if you run into any problems and I will be sure to make it right.

What is your shipping process?

All of Dylbug products are shipped either using First Class Mail, UPS or FedEx.  Please allow 10 business days to create your order before shipping. Some items may ship separately and may take 12+ weeks for production before shipping.

I put the wrong shipping address at checkout. What next?

I am not responsible for any lost packages do to incorrect mailing addresses. Please be sure that you enter the correct shipping address during checkout. If package with incorrect address gets returned to sender then an additional shipping charge will be made to resend package to correct address.

I placed an order before/after your sale. Can I get a price adjustment?

Unfortunately not. Discounts during a sale can not be applied towards any previous or future purchases.

What if the colors printed on my order look different?

I have made every effort to accurately display my product colors on my website. However, please note that colors vary a bit due to the monitor they are viewed on. I am unable to replace any order due to color variations​.

I see lines around the edge of my plate. Is it cracked?

No those are just creases in the paper. Your image is printed on paper then molded to the plate between layers of melamine. Creases in the paper along the plate edge are inherent to the molding process and will be more prominent on large areas of solid color or white. Creases are part of the molding process and cannot be avoided. They reflect the handmade craftsmanship and should not be considered imperfections.

Do you offer wholesale?

Not at this time. Any orders found to have characteristics of reselling will be canceled. I reserve the right to cancel all subsequent orders from such customers.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I now offer worldwide shipping. Shipping internationally takes 10-20 business days to manufacturer and then an additional 3-4 weeks for shipping with USPS first class mail. All international orders are nonreturnable and nonrefundable. Seller is not liable for stolen, damaged or lost international packages. Seller is not responsible for delays due to customs or for any customs duties or tariffs that may be imposed. International shipments (outside US) may be subject to taxes, duties, or other custom fees. The recipient is responsible for any such fees at the point of delivery. All prices are shown in US dollars. Check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you before you order.
